Returns

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love and we want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. We will exchange or return for a full refund. 

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

All sale items are final and non-refundable.

Custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you. 

Pre-order

All pre-order sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Exchanges 

Of course, we want you to be completely satisfied. Although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we do finish items by hand and each one is unique. 

If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will help you with the process.

If you want to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.
